These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BestTurmericSupplement.com (the "Site"), operated by Micawber Media LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Informational Purpose Only — No Medical Advice
All content on the Site is provided for general informational, educational, and comparison purposes only. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any transaction between you and a retailer, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites we link to.
6. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Micawber Media LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or personal or bodily injury, arising out of or related to your use of the site or any product you purchase through it, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Micawber Media LLC from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration & Class-Action Waiver

Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at hello@bestturmericsupplement.com and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.
Binding arbitration. Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court and claims seeking injunctive relief for intellectual-property misuse, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be conducted in the English language and, unless the parties agree otherwise, in the State of Texas or via remote/written proceeding where available.
Class-action waiver. You and we agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.
Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing us at the address above within 30 days of first using the Site, stating your intent to opt out. Opting out will not affect any other provision of these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable U.S. federal law (including the Federal Arbitration Act for Section 9), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to Section 9, any permitted court action will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted, and we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
